1. Briefing and research
This is the initial step where we will gather all the necessary information from you the client from all stakeholders. The brief will outline your objectives, messages, and any specific requirements or constraints. If you already have brand guidelines we will use these to understand your brand, values, and market position.
2. Conceptualisation
We will generate a range of ideas and concepts based on the information gathered during the briefing and research phase to visualise different design concepts. This helps in exploring various layouts and ideas before committing to a particular direction.
3. Design development
Develop more polished and detailed mockups of the selected concept. This involves choosing appropriate typography, colour schemes, and visual elements. If digital, we will create prototypes or wireframes for things like websites or apps. This step helps in testing the functionality and user experience.
4. Feedback and revisions
If needed, we will present the developed design to the client or stakeholders for feedback. Explaining the design choices and how they align with the project objectives.
We will ask for feedback and make any necessary adjustments required. This step can involve 2-3 iterations to refine the design until it meets the client’s expectations.
5. Finalisation and delivery
Once all elements of the design are polished and finalised we will provide the client with the final files. This would be in any required format (e.g. print-ready files, web-optimised graphics and even printed material). We can, if necessary, provide guidelines or support for implementation as well.
